We are recruiting postdoctoral applicants in the following areas for projects funded by the NOMIS Foundation and the National Institutes of Health:
Generation and analysis of humanized mouse models to decipher the evolution of uniquely human brain phenotypes
Generation and analysis of human, chimpanzee and orangutan brain organoid models, including humanized non-human primate models
Massively parallel CRISPR screens to interrogate the role of uniquely human gene regulatory functions in the evolution of the human brain
Reconstructing uniquely human gene regulatory networks in the mouse using CRISPR genome editing
Studying the role of chromatin modifiers in the etiology of autism spectrum disorders, using genetically modified mouse models
